The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

If your item is damaged upon arrival please contact me to sort this out. 99% of the time I am able to fix this issue, and can have you return the item for repair, and you will be refunded for shipping. If you accidentally damage the necklace on your own accord, you may send it back for repair, but will not be refunded for shipping.
